Please use this section to let us know about your access needs, so that we can meet them!
Here are the access practices that we will already have in place:
- The clinic will be held at 55 Cromwell Street in Providence, RI which has free on-street parking (typically very easy to find spots) and nearby bus stops. A complete access guide (with photos and a map) will be shared with participants prior to the start of the program.
- The clinic space is wheelchair/mobility aid accessible, with a ramp entrance and elevator. Note that there aren't push buttons on the doors, and we are more than happy to assist with opening doors if needed.
- We require that all participants wear high-quality masks (KN95 or better) when in the clinic space. We will provide masks to anyone that needs one.
- Explicit ask that people not attend if they have had a recent contagious disease exposure or positive COVID test in the last 10 days
- Overview of schedule & planned discussion topics provided in advance. Many of the topics we'll be in conversation about may be activating and bring up strong emotions. We invite everyone to take care of themselves, seek support from the group, and the event space is large enough if you need to take space, go for a walk, etc.
- Bathrooms in the building are (unfortunately) gendered. There are accessible stalls in each bathroom.
