• Angel Oak Energy Residential Title 24 Project Intake

Submit your residential Title 24 project details for review, and we’ll contact you if we need anything else.
  • Instructions

The more information you provide about your project, the more accurate the Title 24 energy model will be. Complete information helps reduce revisions, plan check corrections, and construction delays.

    Required Information

Complete the required fields, provide any additional information you know, and upload the plans and window schedule. Not every question is required, and you do not need to have every answer before submitting.

If you are unsure about a required field, enter “??” and we will contact you for clarification.

    Our Approach

Angel Oak Energy brings more than 20 years of HERS and ECC field experience to the design side. We understand where projects commonly fail during construction, so we ask the right questions early.

We model the project around the client’s intended equipment, assemblies, and design goals, not simply what is easiest to pass in the software. Our goal is to use only the mandatory HERS and ECC measures whenever possible. If additional measures are needed for compliance, we will explain them and require that they are clearly shown on the plans.

    Save Your Progress

You may save the form and return later using the link provided by Jotform. We recommend saving your work frequently.

    Submitting the Form

After selecting Submit, you should see a Thank You page and receive a confirmation email. If neither occurs, the form was not successfully submitted. We will email you directly with a quote and a turnaround time as soon as possible.

    File Uploads

The file upload section is located at the end of each section. All common file types are accepted, although PDF files are preferred. There is no file size limit. Please upload the plans, window schedule, equipment specifications, and any other documents that may help us accurately model the project.
