American Ancestors acts only as an agent for the participants with respect to transportation, hotels and all other services. All participants acknowledge that participation in the tour involves the risk of injury to their person and property and they voluntarily accept all risk of personal injury and property damages as lawful consideration for being permitted to participate in the tour. The participant hereby releases and discharges American Ancestors from all claims and demands whatsoever for injuries or property damage resulting from participating in the tour. By joining the tour, the participant agrees that these agents shall not be liable for loss, injury or damage to persons or property in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other travel services resulting from conditions beyond the agent’s control, including, but not limited to, breakdowns in equipment, strike, theft, acts of terrorism, war, defects in vehicles, delay or changes in itinerary or schedules, weather, sickness, acts of God, etc. All such losses will be borne by the participant. American Ancestors reserves the right to alter the itinerary as may be necessary to carry out the tour. Sign in the box provided to indicate agreement to the above.
