Intent to Participate Form

Each participant in Concours d'art oratoire™ at the school level will receive a Certificate of Participation. Participating schools will also be provided with first, second, and third-place ribbons for classroom competitions.

Please use this form to indicate the total number of certificates and ribbons that will be required for your school/school division. They will be forwarded to you in January of 2027.

The deadline to complete the Intent to Participate Form is Friday, December 4, 2026. CPF-Manitoba will be unable to provide certificates or ribbons after the deadline.
