• Halloween Storefront Decorating Contest Agreement 🎃👻

    Thank you for your interest in participating in the Downtown Morgantown Halloween Storefront Decorating Contest! Participation is free. Registration closes on September 21. All decorations must be fully installed by October 1. Public voting will take place October 2-25. Winners will be announced on October 28.

  • The contest is open to businesses located within the Downtown Morgantown footprint. By registering, you agree to the following rules and guidelines:

    1. Participating businesses must have a public-facing storefront, window or door display. 
    2. Each participating business must decorate its storefront, window or door display with a Halloween theme (Think: pumpkins, ghosts, witches, skeletons, bats, spiders, fall décor) 
    3. All decorations must be fully installed by October 1. Public voting will take place October 2-25. Winners will be announced on October 28.
    4. Displays should be family friendly and appropriate for all ages.
    5. We encourage businesses to be creative and original in their designs.
    6. By participating, businesses agree to have their storefront featured on Main Street Morgantown's website, social media channels, email marketing and other promotional materials related to the contest. 
    7. Main Street Morgantown may photograph participating displays for promotional purposes.
