Vendor Agreement
The Maker’s Valley Vendor Agreement
By submitting this application and participating in this event, the vendor agrees to the following terms:
Application & Acceptance
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected to maintain a balanced and curated market.
Payment
Vendor spaces are confirmed only after payment is received. Payment is non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
Products
Vendors may only sell items listed and approved in their application. Any additional products must be approved in advance. The organizer reserves the right to ask vendors to remove unapproved items.
Setup Requirements
Vendors must bring their own table, chairs, tent (if not under shed), and displays unless otherwise specified. Vendors are responsible for securing tents with proper weights.
Vendor Placement
Vendor placement is determined by the organizer. Placement requests may be considered but cannot be guaranteed.
Weather Policy
This event is rain or shine unless deemed unsafe by the organizer or venue. Vendors agree that dates may be adjusted if severe weather requires rescheduling.
Liability
The Maker’s Valley and the hosting venue are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury during the event. Vendors participate at their own risk.
Insurance
Vendors are responsible for their own business insurance where applicable.
Licensing & Food Regulations
Vendors selling food or beverage products are responsible for complying with all local and state regulations. This includes obtaining any required cottage food permits, food licenses, or health department approvals. Vendors may be asked to provide proof of licensing upon request.
Parking & Venue Rules
Vendors agree to follow venue guidelines including parking, setup times, and load-in instructions.
Marketing
By participating, vendors grant permission for photos of their booth, products, and setup to be used for event marketing and social media promotion.
Cancellation Policy
Vendor fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to participate, please notify us as soon as possible so the space can be offered to a vendor on the waitlist. Last-minute cancellations may result in the vendor fee being forfeited.
