  • VENDOR WAIVER AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

    In signing this document, I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations previously set forth. All booths are open to inspection and subject to review by the Cedartown Events Committee throughout the Fall Festival. 

    I assume all risks associated with this event and hold harmless the City of Cedartown Cedartown Events Committee, Downtown Cedartown Association, Cedartown Downtown Development Authority, Fall Festival, its employees, agents, and volunteers. 

    Vendor and Vendor's items and personal property are not insured by the Fall Festival. Vendor is solely responsible for any injuries Vendor incurs in connection with Fall Festival and for any damage that is done to Vendor’s items or personal property and will obtain personal insurance, if needed.

    I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, verbal or written agreements, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose including publicity.  Participation at the Fall Festival does not guarantee Vendor’s inclusion in any promotional materials. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf agree to indemnify, release, forever discharge and hold harmless, the Fall Festival, all sponsoring organizations, and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage of any kind, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to Vendors application to and participation in the Fall Festival.  This includes but is not limited to special, direct, indirect incidental or consequential damages for injuries of any kind, including but not limited to loss of life or limbs, loss of personal or business income, physical damages, or any other loss whether or not forseeable. 

     Neither Vendor, nor anyone acting on the Vendor's behalf will bring or maintain any suit in any court to assert a claim against the Fall Festival, its directors, officers agents, employees or other person, for any claim that Vendor might have arising out of Vendors application to or participation in the Fall Festival.

  • Information and Guidelines 

    • You will be notified no later than Friday, October 16th by telephone & e-mail for the location of your vendor space. Your location will also be marked with your business, organization, or individual name on the day of the Fall Festival.
    • Booth Spaces are approximately 12ft. x 12ft, unless additional space is requested.

      Your business, organization and/or individual agrees to comply with any decisions of the Main Street Director pertaining to their vendor space.  In addition, the business, organization or individual, by signing and submitting this application agrees to the following regulations:

    1. All applications are subject to approval of the Downtown Cedartown Association. 
    2. Booth locations will only be assigned by the Main Street Director after approval.
    3. Vendors are to be unloaded, have their vehicle off of Main Street before 8:00 a.m.  Failure to comply, will result in: the vendor not being allowed to set up, vendor fee will not be refunded and vendor will not be allowed to participate in future Fall Festivals.
    4. Vendors cannot begin take down or packing up of their items until 3:00 p.m.
    5. The vendor space is the sole responsibility of the business, organization or individual.
    6. No solicitation, vendors must remain within their designated area. Vendors are not allowed to leave their designated space and approach patrons to try to sell their products, raise funds, or yell out to people to come to their booth.
    7. Absolutely no leaning against storefront windows.
    8. Grills, deep fryers, hot appliances, etc. must be separated and blocked off from the walking area of pedestrians by tables or other means.
    9. Vendors are accepted on a first come/first serve basis and must offer a unique art, craft, or food items.
    10. Vendors are to clean up entire booth area at the conclusion of the festival, if needed.
    11. If the festival is cancelled due to inclement weather, there will be no refunds issued.
    12. Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
    13. Booths must maintain an attractive and clean appearance.
    14. Booths and items must be suitable for a family-oriented festival.
    15. Any unregistered vendors or solicitors that are not vetted by the Downtown Cedartown Association may be asked to cease operations and vacate the festival area.

      The application deadline is Friday, October 2nd, 2026.
       
      The $25.00 power fee is for 12 amps of power only.
      If additional power is needed, an additional $25.00 fee will be charged for each additional 12 amps of power needed.
