2027 The Valley Hospital Auxiliary Re-Apply Scholarship Letter and Application
Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in the Valley Hospital Auxiliary Re-Apply Scholarship.

To be eligible, you must be:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate health-related program
- A previous recipient of a Valley Hospital Auxiliary scholarship awarded during your senior year of high school
Please note that students enrolled in graduate programs are not eligible.

To be considered, your application must be complete and include all required materials listed below.

Application Requirements:

1. Essay – A completed essay of approximately 350 words.
2. Two Current Letters of Recommendation – Current letters of recommendation are required. Letters used for previous scholarship applications or written in prior years will not be accepted.

If you are employed or volunteer in a health related field, one letter should be from a supervisor or co-worker.

If your recommendation letters are provided in sealed envelopes, please mail them to:

3. College Transcript – A transcript showing your most recent grades including the st semester of this year as well as prior college years.

4. PDF Documents Only – All required documents must be submitted in PDF format. Photos of documents will not be accepted.

Please note: Incomplete applications will not be considered.

All application materials must be submitted together no later than March 1, 2027.

Before submitting, we recommend keeping a copy of your completed application and supporting documents for your records.
