2027 The Valley Hospital Auxiliary High School Scholarship Letter and Application
Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your interest in the Valley Hospital Auxiliary High School Scholarship. To be eligible for the scholarship, you must plan to pursue a degree in a health-related field and reside in a town served by The Valley Hospital or are children of Auxiliary members.

To be considered, your application must be completed in full and include all required materials. Please review the requirements below and gather the necessary documents before submitting your application.

1.  Essay – A completed essay of approximately 350 words.
2.  Two Current Letters of Recommendation – Current letters of recommendation are required. Letters written in prior years will not be accepted.

If you are employed or volunteer in the Valley Health System, one letter should be from a supervisor or co-worker.

If your recommendation letters are provided in sealed envelopes, please mail them to:

3. High School Transcript – A transcript showing your most recent grades. Transcript should include st semester senior year grades.

4.  PDF Documents Only – All required documents must be submitted in PDF format. Photos of documents will not be accepted.

Please note: Incomplete applications will not be considered.

All application materials must be submitted together no later than March 1, 2027.
