Donation Request Form

The Rabbit hOle is pleased to donate museum admission passes to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations located in Kansas and Missouri for use in auctions and fundraisers. We offer two donation request cycles per year – the first beginning on August 15th, the second beginning on January 15th – with a limited number of passes available in each cycle for schools, social service organizations, and cultural institutions. Requests must be submitted at least 30 days before your event or deadline. Selected eligible organizations will receive two “admit 2” museum passes (for a total of 4 free entries). Organizations may receive only one donation per calendar year. If your organization meets these qualifications, please complete this form to request a donation for your event.
