The Street Team focuses on spreading the word about our brands “on the streets” — meaning in non-brand-owned Facebook groups that focus on cloth diapering, natural parenting, bamboo clothing, and similar topics across social media platforms. This role is centered around conversation, community, and recommendations in spaces outside of our own brand channels.
Street Team Responsibilities
1. Social media groups and posts: Actively engage in non-brand-owned Facebook groups related to cloth diapering, bamboo clothing, and parenting by participating in conversations and contributing helpful, relevant comments to recommend and promote Smart Bottoms and bumblito. This can also happen when you see people looking for recommendations across other social media platforms. The expectation is for this to happen daily, as life allows, to help support and inform other parents.
2. Team Communication & Coordination: We will utilize either a Facebook group or a Facebook Messenger group chat to coordinate efforts. You will be asked to share posts you find where our brands or products can be recommended. You will also be asked to check the group and/or group chat daily for posts that others have found and comment on them when appropriate.
3. Product Recommendations: Naturally recommend Smart Bottoms and bumblito products when appropriate based on your personal experience.
4. Community Support: Help answer questions other parents have about our products and provide helpful, honest feedback. Please direct all customer care issues to our Customer Care team at customercare@smartbottoms.com or customercare@bumblito.com.
5. Sharing Brand Updates: Share posts about new releases and sales in groups when appropriate and when allowed by group rules.
6. Brand Representation: Maintain a positive, respectful, and helpful presence in all interactions.
