October 17 Saturday: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
October 18 Sunday: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
We receive a high volume of vendor applications each year. To help cover the administrative costs associated with reviewing, vetting, and approving applications, there is a non-refundable $5 application fee. Payment of the application fee does not guarantee acceptance into the festival.
To create the best possible experience for both vendors and attendees, we carefully curate our vendor lineup. We intentionally limit the number of vendors within the same product category to reduce oversaturation and provide selected vendors with a greater opportunity for success and sales.
Please note: Once your application has been approved, an invoice will be emailed to you. You will have 24 hours from the time the invoice is sent to submit payment and officially confirm your spot. If payment is not received within the 24-hour window, your space may be released to the next applicant on our waitlist.
