Booking & Reservation
A signed Booking Agreement and the required non-refundable retainer are necessary to reserve your event date.
Your event date is not considered booked until both the signed agreement and retainer have been received.
The retainer is applied toward your total balance.
Payment Policy
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date.
Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of services, and all payments made, including the retainer, will be forfeited.
Additional services requested after booking may require additional payment. We will write up a new agreement with updated services.
Guest Count
The Client agrees to provide a final guest count no later than 14 days before the event.
Guest count increases after this date may be accommodated when possible but may result in additional charges.
Dry Hire Policy
Wild Bloom & Bubbles is a dry-hire mobile bartending service.
The Client is solely responsible for purchasing and providing all alcoholic beverages for the event.
Wild Bloom & Bubbles does not sell or provide alcohol unless legally permitted and specifically agreed upon in writing.
Wild Bloom & Bubbles is not responsible for alcohol shortages due to inaccurate purchasing quantities.
Services Included
Services provided are based upon the package selected by the Client.
Package details, hours of service, bartenders, drink selections, and add-ons will be confirmed prior to the event.
Any services requested beyond the selected package may result in additional charges.
Signature Drinks
Signature drink selections may be finalized up to 14 days before the event.
If assistance is requested, Wild Bloom & Bubbles is happy to help create custom cocktails or mocktails that complement your event and preferences.
Bar Setup Selection
The Client has selected one of the following:
Wild Bloom & Bubbles Signature Horse Trailer Bar
Wild Bloom & Bubbles Mobile Bar
Existing Venue Bar
If using the Signature Horse Trailer Bar, the Client is responsible for ensuring adequate parking, setup space, and guest accessibility.
Venue Requirements
The Client is responsible for ensuring:
• Outside bartending services are permitted.
• Adequate setup space is available.
• Safe access to the setup location.
• Parking is available for loading and unloading.
• Electrical access is available.
Wild Bloom & Bubbles is not responsible for venue restrictions that prevent service.
Responsible Alcohol Service
Wild Bloom & Bubbles reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual who:
• Is under the legal drinking age
• Cannot provide valid identification
• Appears visibly intoxicated
• Becomes disruptive, threatening, or abusive
• Creates an unsafe environment
Our bartenders' decisions regarding alcohol service are final.
Keg Service
If keg beer is served, the Client is responsible for:
• Supplying keg(s)
• Providing tapping equipment
• Tapping keg(s)
• Ensuring keg(s) are chilled and iced before service begins
Wild Bloom & Bubbles will gladly pour keg beer once properly prepared.
Wine Service
Wine may be served chilled or at room temperature.
Clients requesting chilled wine should ensure bottles are properly chilled prior to our arrival.
Shot Service
If shots are served, the Client is responsible for supplying any specialty items not included in the selected package, including shot glasses (if requested), salt, sugar, lemons, limes, chasers, or other accompaniments unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fresh Ingredients & Allergies
Wild Bloom & Bubbles frequently uses fresh fruits, herbs, juices, syrups, and garnishes.
While every effort is made to safely prepare and handle ingredients, Wild Bloom & Bubbles cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Clients are responsible for notifying Wild Bloom & Bubbles of any known food allergies or dietary concerns prior to the event.
All fresh ingredients are inspected, washed, stored, and prepared using reasonable food safety and sanitation practices consistent with applicable health and safety guidelines. However, fresh produce is a natural agricultural product and, despite proper handling and preparation, may contain naturally occurring bacteria, fungi, parasites, allergens, or other contaminants that cannot be completely eliminated.
By choosing beverages containing fresh ingredients, the Client acknowledges these inherent risks. Wild Bloom & Bubbles shall not be responsible for illness, allergic reactions, or other adverse health conditions arising from naturally occurring contaminants or undisclosed food allergies, except to the extent caused by our failure to follow applicable food safety laws or our own negligent handling of ingredients.
The Client is responsible for notifying Wild Bloom & Bubbles, in writing before the event, of any known food allergies, dietary restrictions, or ingredient sensitivities so reasonable accommodations can be discussed.
Weather Policy
Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions.
The Client is responsible for providing adequate shelter and safe working conditions.
Wild Bloom & Bubbles reserves the right to suspend or discontinue service if weather conditions become unsafe.
Staff Safety
Wild Bloom & Bubbles reserves the right to suspend or terminate service if staff experience harassment, threats, violence, illegal activity, or unsafe working conditions.
No refunds will be issued if service is discontinued due to unsafe conditions created by the Client or guests.
Damage to Equipment
The Client accepts responsibility for damage caused by guests to Wild Bloom & Bubbles' equipment, trailer, furniture, décor, or other property beyond normal wear and tear.
Repair or replacement costs may be invoiced following the event.
Cleanup
Wild Bloom & Bubbles will clean and organize the bar area used during service.
General venue cleanup remains the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed.
Photography & Marketing
Unless otherwise requested in writing, Wild Bloom & Bubbles may photograph or record the bar setup, beverages, décor, and general event atmosphere for promotional purposes.
We will never intentionally publish identifying personal information without permission.
Force Majeure
Wild Bloom & Bubbles shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, fire, power outages, illness, venue closures, or other events beyond our control.
Every reasonable effort will be made to reschedule services when possible.
Cancellation Policy
If the Client cancels the event:
• More than 60 days before the event: The retainer remains non-refundable.
• 30–59 days before the event: The retainer is forfeited and 25% of the remaining balance is due.
• Less than 30 days before the event: The retainer is forfeited and 50% of the remaining balance is due.
Custom products, special-order items, or non-refundable purchases made specifically for the event are not refundable.
Limitation of Liability
Wild Bloom & Bubbles' total liability for any claim arising out of this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client under this agreement.
Wild Bloom & Bubbles is not responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including venue issues, alcohol shortages, guest behavior, power outages, or acts of third parties.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Ohio.
Entire Agreement
This Booking Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Wild Bloom & Bubbles and the Client.
Any modifications or additions must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
Client Acknowledgment
By checking the acknowledgment box and signing this Booking Agreement, I certify that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions contained herein.
