  • The Gender and Family Project (GFP) empowers youth, families and communities by providing gender affirming services, training, and research. We have been leading community groups for trans* and gender expansive (TGE) youth and their caregivers for nearly 15 years.

    To expand our network of support and provide a virtual resource for families outside of the NYC Metro area, the Gender and Family Project (GFP) has launched a Virtual Resource Series! Designed to provide information and opportunities for connection, the series will host presentations and workshops from TGNCNB community leaders and provide a facilitated gender-affirming space for caregivers to ask questions and meet other supportive families. The Virtual Resource Series is FREE and available to families across the United States and to English-speaking international families.
