Responsibilities and Community Involvement: Discuss the learner’s adult responsibilities such as employment, family, and community involvement. How do they balance these responsibilities with their education?
Personal Growth and Leadership: Explain how the learner has improved their life and the lives of others through their learning experiences. Provide examples of how they have demonstrated leadership in both formal and non-traditional learning environments.
Overcoming Challenges and Supporting Others: Detail any difficult circumstances the learner has overcome to pursue their education. How have they been supportive of others both inside and outside the classroom?
