📌 Access Card Policy

Initial & Additional Cards
- Each home is initially issued two (2) complimentary amenity access cards.
- Homes may purchase one (1) additional (third) access card for $25.00.
- No property may have more than three (3) active access cards at any time.
Replacement Cards
- If an access card is lost or damaged, it may be replaced for $25.00.
- A replacement card does not increase the number of active cards. The original card will be permanently deactivated when the replacement card is issued.
Additional Information
- Access cards are available only for properties with homeowner accounts in good standing. If the account is not in good standing, you will be contacted with additional information before your request can be processed.
- Payment must be made by check or money order only, payable to Navarro Ranch.
- Please allow at least one (1) business day for your request to be processed after submitting this form. You will be notified by email when your card is ready for pickup.
