    WAIDF acknowledges that people have different levels of access to opportunities based on their lived experiences. We aim to support individuals who are farthest from power as they develop their careers in public service and civic engagement, and to select a cohort of fellows with diverse backgrounds. To help us meet these goals, please answer the following questions about yourself and/or your lived experience. These questions are entirely optional and your answers will not be shared outside of the candidate selection process.

  • Interview And Accommodation Information

    Interviews (preference for in-person interviews) will be conducted in Federal Way on Saturday, December 5, and Sunday, December 6. Exceptions for virtual interviews will be granted on a case-by-case basis, most notably for those living more than 50 miles outside King County.
