Terms and Conditions Agreement:
1. No Refunds (Rain or Shine): All registration fees and ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
2. Vehicle Rules & Restrictions: Permitted vehicles include cars, trucks, motorcycles, trikes and UTVs. Prohibited vehicles include dirt bikes and all-terrain vehicles (ATVs). Recreational joyriding is strictly prohibited on event grounds.
3. Grills and Outside Food: The use of personal grills, open flames, and the consumption of outside meals are strictly prohibited.
4. Safety & Staff-Escorted Early Exits: Should you need to depart early, you must notify event staff to be safely escorted through the crowd. Unauthorized movement or reckless driving will result in an immediate ban from the event.
5. Liability & Media Release: By participating, you assume all risks of property damage, injury, or theft and release The Culture Connection Auto Show, the venue, and its staff from all liability. You certify that your vehicle is covered by valid insurance and grant permission for the use of event photography or videography featuring your vehicle for promotional purposes.Please review the terms provided above and confirm your agreement by selecting the checkbox below.
