1. How do HoYoFEST 2026 preorders work?
  - Step 1: Fill up this form.
  - Step 2: Wait for my email. Feel free to reach out on social media to stay updated on my social media accounts for announcements or updates.

  - Step 3: Pay the amount due via GCash/BPI in 1-2 days. Otherwise, the reservatiion is forfeited. I will inform you whether the item is out of stock.
  - Buyer is responsible for securing tickets for HoYoFEST 2026. Please take note that neither Hoyofest nor the artist will be responsible for securing your ticket to the event.
  - Pillow plushie keychains are delayed due to logistics issues. Varka and Pantalone may arrive on day 3 or 4 of HoYoFEST, unless there are delays. All the other variations will be available on Day 1.
2. How long do you take to ship items?
  - Kindly give me 5 -7 days unless it is a preorder. Shipping is once a week and may take longer if I have events (7-10 days).
3. How is the shipping fee computed?
  - By weight!
4. Currency?
  - Philippine Pesos.
5. Payment?
  - Bank transfers to Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) or GCash.

  - Shipping fees will be computed afterwards. Kindly ensure to inquire about the estimated shipping fee before paying.
  - Unpaid orders are not confirmed.
2. We cannot control items once they are shipped out.
  - Logistics partners usually offer insurance for items at an added cost.
  - A refund is only accepted if the wrong item has been delivered.
3. Orders will be shipped out every 7-10 days unless it is a preorder.
