Patient Triage Translation sign up form

We're offering practices the ability to let patients change the language of the Patient Triage form.

Once enabled, patients can translate the Patient Triage form into one of 11 available languages (the 10 most common languages in England and Wales, plus Welsh) using a dropdown. All sections of the form are translated, so patients can submit their request entirely in their own language.

The practice receives the request in their inbox as usual, but in the language the patient used. Accurx does not translate non-English requests back into English.

⚠️ Practices using Accurx Navigator cannot use Translation at the same time, as not all signposting pages have been translated into the supported languages yet.
