As a Trainer, Assessor, or Facilitator (TAF) for Surf Life Saving SA, I agree to:
- Adhere to all SLSSA policies and procedures, and RTO requirements.
- Adhere to Work Health Safety guidelines/requirements and reporting.
- Treat all learners, other TAF, and club representatives with respect, fairness, and courtesy.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Avoid discriminatory, intimidating, or offensive behaviour.
- Deliver courses and assessments in line with the award Delivery and Assessment Guide (DAG) and associated resources.
- Ensure learners are ready for assessment by the planned date.
- Ensure assessments are conducted fairly and consistently, and to the standard required (relevant to Assessors only).
- Support learners with reasonable adjustments where required.
- Provide clear feedback and allow reasonable opportunities for learners to demonstrate competence.
- Adopt a feedback mindset and continuously improve own training delivery.
