    Thank you for your interest in bringing Little Yoga Squad’s Preschool Yoga Play Program to your school or childcare center!

    Our weekly yoga classes help children build coordination, confidence, emotional regulation, and healthy movement habits through imaginative play.

     

    Program Includes:

    • 4 weekly Yoga Play sessions each month
    • Ages 1–5
    • 20–30 minute sessions
    • Yoga poses through storytelling and play
    • Music & movement
    • Scarves, bubbles, and yoga props
    • Mindfulness activities
    • Breathing exercises
    • Social-emotional learning themes
    • Little Yoga Squad provides all supplies
