  • By submitting this application and ticking the "I have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions" checkbox, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    Participation at Own Risk
    Participation in any Atomic Hepcatz Social Shoot is entirely voluntary and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atomic Hepcatz, its owners, staff, volunteers and representatives accept no liability for any injury, illness, death, loss, theft, damage to property or any other claim arising from your participation.

    Photography & Videography Consent
    You grant Atomic Hepcatz an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to photograph, film and record you during any Atomic Hepcatz Social Shoot.

    You acknowledge and agree that these images and videos may be edited, reproduced, published and used in any format, including but not limited to social media, websites, advertising, promotional material, print, television and other marketing purposes, without further notice, approval or compensation.

    Release of Rights
    You waive any right to inspect, approve or request payment, royalties or compensation for the use of any photographs or videos in which you appear, regardless of whether they are used to promote or generate income for Atomic Hepcatz.

    Physical Activity & Partner Dancing
    You understand that social shoots may involve dancing, posing, movement and partner interaction. You confirm you are physically capable of participating and accept all risks associated with these activities.

    Code of Conduct
    All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, photographers, videographers, venue staff and members of the public. Atomic Hepcatz reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any participant whose behaviour is considered unsafe, inappropriate, abusive or disruptive, without refund or dispute.

    Minors
    Participants under 18 years of age must have this application completed by a parent or legal guardian. Where required, minors must also be accompanied by a responsible adult.

    Privacy
    Any personal information collected through this application will be stored securely and used solely for the administration of Atomic Hepcatz activities. Your information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties except where required by law.

    Accuracy of Information
    You confirm that all information provided in this application is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.

    Acceptance of Terms

If completing this application on behalf of a participant under 18 years of age, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and agree to these Terms on their behalf.
