Vendor Information
Please review the information below before submitting your application.
One 6-foot table and chairs are provided for each vendor space.
Vendors are welcome to bring one additional folding table, space permitting.
Electricity is available at most locations. Please bring your own extension cord if needed.
Canopies are not permitted at any WDVT event.
Most markets are held indoors. Some events may expand onto a covered patio based on vendor participation and venue layout.
Greenville is held under a covered open-air pavilion with ceiling fans.
Vendor setup begins one (1) hour before the event start time.
Please allow extra time for parking and unloading. All Landon Winery locations are located in or near downtown districts where parking and traffic can become congested, especially close to event time.
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before your scheduled setup time to ensure a smooth unloading and setup experience.
Booth placement is determined by WDVT management and may vary from event to event based on vendor mix, venue layout, and operational needs. While we do our best to accommodate requests, specific booth locations cannot be guaranteed.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth clean, staffed, and professional throughout the event.
Early breakdown is not permitted. Vendors are expected to remain set up until the official end of the event unless prior approval has been given by WDVT management.

Our events are hosted at Landon Winery. We encourage everyone to enjoy themselves while always drinking responsibly and representing themselves and their business professionally.
🤝 Be an Ambassador
As a vendor, you're representing not only your own business, but also Calley's Chaos, Uncorked Artisan Market, and Landon Winery. Professionalism, kindness, and respect help create an amazing experience for everyone.
🧹 Leave It Better Than You Found It
Please keep your booth area clean throughout the event and remove all trash, boxes, tape, zip ties, and personal belongings before leaving. Our goal is to leave every venue even better than we found it.
😊 Community Over Competition
We believe there's room for everyone to succeed. Please be respectful and supportive of fellow vendors, winery staff, event staff, and our guests. A positive atmosphere creates a better experience for everyone.
📣 It Takes a Village
The success of every market is a team effort!
Calley's Chaos will be actively promoting each event through social media, event pages, email marketing, and our community network—but I can't do it alone!
I encourage every vendor to invite their customers, friends, family, and followers by sharing the event on social media, sending emails or text messages, and talking about the event before market day.
When everyone helps promote the event, everyone benefits. More shoppers mean more sales, more exposure, and a better experience for every vendor.
