Body-based practices to support world-changing work.

  • Activism and care work demand so much of our time and energy. Many of us give so much that it leaves us feeling exhausted, burnt-out, and overwhelmed.

To support the important work of activists and care workers, we are creating a series of accessible body-based practices to support you in restoring, recharging and sustaining your work.

This short survey will help us understand your needs, preferences and access considerations so we can design offerings that are useful, realistic and supportive.

You can skip any question you do not want to answer.

As a small token of gratitude for completing the survey and expressing interest in future practices (question 15), we’ll share a discount code for the course when it launches.

This project is an initiative of dilber nurdinova (they/them) and Avril Aysha (she/her). We are queer and certified yoga and somatic practitioners committed to collective liberation through social and environmental justice. We are inspired by the work of people like Lama Rod Owens, Nicole Steward, adrienne maree brown, Jonelle Lewis, Kallie Schut, Alok Vaid-Menon, Sah D'Simone, Avni Trivedi and many others.
