If you are an adult, attending convention NOT serving as a voting Grange delegate. Use this form.
ALL attendees are required to register for convention. Each person MUST have their own meal ticket to attend any meal. We will not be selling meal tickets at convention, no exceptions, please plan accordingly.

Because our Board of Directors elected to only charge a flat $100 per person attending convention, please select from the following items and we will send you an invoice. If your total is less than $100 (if you are only attending a meal or two) you will be charged for those, if your total exceeds $100, you will only be charged a flat $100.

*Failing to pay online or letting us know you will mail a check will result in a cancelled reservation.

1. If you do not check into the hotel on the first night of your reservation, the hotel will automatically cancel your entire reservation with no guarantee of room availability for the remainder of the weekend nor will a refund be issued;

2. I understand that if I must cancel my reservation, it must be done by emailing Jessica at jlhorton@ncgrange.com Cancellations made after September 8 will not be refunded.

3. All checks mailed for payment must be received by September 8, 2026. Failing to do so, will result in a cancelled reservation.
