**Advertisement Submission Guidelines**

1. All advertisements are highly preferred to be submitted electronically in PDF, JPEG, or PNG format to ensure high resolution. Payments must be received and processed prior to placing the advertisement in the journal.

2. Payments:
a. Via Check, money order, or cashier’s check payable to Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Inc.® The total advertisement payment is due on or before October 1, 2026. Mail your payment along with a hard copy of the advertising agreement form to:
