Slumdog Rescue does not background check, interview, or approve applicants. The owner assumes all risks associated with selecting a new home for the animal. Slumdog Rescue, its officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, or losses of any kind—including but not limited to bites, scratches, property damage, or illness—arising from or related to the rehoming process, the animal's temperament, or the animal's behavior once placed. Any agreement, adoption, or transfer of the animal is made strictly and independently between the current owner/guardian and the new adopter.
