I, hereby release from liability and agree to hold harmless Texas Baptist Men (dba, Texans on Mission), its volunteers, their representatives, agents, and or employees for any damage or injury that may occur on my property, including personal property or to my person, which may occur during the cleanup operation. I further understand and agree that there is no warranty, implied, written, or oral, for any work performed on my property by said volunteers. I understand that Texans on Mission is a volunteer organization that has limited volunteers, limited financial and material resources, and makes no guarantee that said service will be provided. I further understand this is not a contract to provide services.
Por la presente, libero de toda responsabilidad y acepto eximir de responsabilidad a Texas Baptist Men (dba Texans on Mission), sus voluntarios, representantes, agentes y/o empleados, por cualquier daño o lesión que pueda ocurrir en mi propiedad, incluyendo bienes personales o a mi persona, durante la operación de limpieza. Asimismo, entiendo y acepto que no existe garantía, implícita, escrita ni oral, por ningún trabajo realizado en mi propiedad por dichos voluntarios. Entiendo que Texans on Mission es una organización de voluntarios con un número limitado de voluntarios, recursos financieros y materiales limitados, y no garantiza la prestación de dicho servicio. Entiendo además que este no constituye un contrato de prestación de servicios.
