The Morale Booster Ministries, Inc. Guest/Speaker Release Agreement
This Guest/Speaker Release Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Morale Booster Ministries, Inc. (“ORGANIZER”) and the undersigned guest or speaker (“Guest”) in connection with participation in any ORGANIZER-sponsored event, conference, program, media appearance, or related activity conducted either in-person or virtually.
1. Release
By signing this Agreement, the Guest grants ORGANIZER the irrevocable right and permission to record, film, photograph, and/or otherwise capture the Guest’s image, likeness, voice, and/or presentation, in whole or in part, during participation in any of ORGANIZER’s events or activities.
2. Use of Materials
The Guest authorizes ORGANIZER to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, and publicly display such recordings or materials, in any format or media, for promotional, educational, or informational purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on ORGANIZER’s websites, social media platforms, livestreams, marketing materials, digital archives, and internal presentations.
3. Ownership
The Guest retains full rights, title, and interest in and to the original content of their presentation. ORGANIZER acknowledges that it does not claim ownership of the Guest’s intellectual property and will not use the content outside the scope of this Agreement without additional consent.
4. Indemnification
The Guest agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ORGANIZER and its affiliates, officers, directors, staff, and volunteers from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to the Guest’s participation in any event or program under this Agreement.
5. Confidentiality
ORGANIZER agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any information specifically identified by the Guest as confidential and disclosed in a non-public setting. Such information will be treated in accordance with applicable laws and best practices.
6. Duration of Confidentiality Obligations
The confidentiality obligations set forth in this Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely from the date of execution, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, oral or written. Any modification must be in writing and signed by both parties.
9. Electronic Signature
The Guest agrees that their electronic signature, whether typed, drawn, or otherwise affixed electronically, shall be deemed valid and enforceable as a handwritten signature and shall bind them to the terms of this Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned Guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
