    If we identify a possible match, we will contact both travelers and, with permission, introduce you so you can speak with each other and decide whether the match feels comfortable. A roommate assignment will be made only after both travelers agree.

    Roommate matching is not guaranteed. If a suitable roommate is unavailable, you may need to pay the single-occupancy rate or choose another available room arrangement.

  • What Happens After You Submit This Form?

    1. We will temporarily hold your requested space.  Submitting this form lets us know that you are ready to move forward. The temporary hold is not yet a confirmed reservation.

    2. Watch for an email from TWB Travel Services.  We will email you a secure credit card authorization form. This form gives us permission to process the required $200 per person deposit.

    3. We will secure your reservation.  Once all required information is received and the deposit is successfully processed, we will finalize your reservation.

    4. Your confirmation documents will be emailed to you.  These documents will include your confirmed travel arrangements, payment information and important next steps.
