You are invited to sign up for the Travel Organizers Winter Escape to Aspen/Snowmass - over the December 11-13 weekend with the Sno-Jets Group organized by your Group Leader Laurel LaRose.  We have set up a block of condos for the group in the ski-in/ski-out Top of the Village condos located slopeside in Snowmass, and walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars in Snowmass Village Mall.  There are 2 to 4 night options to choose from as long as all spots in your chosen rooming unit and category are filled.

Use this form to sign up and pay for yourself and others in your party going with you.  Choose a lodging-only getaway or a lodging plus lift ticket package.  Take advantage of the lift ticket special when booking, if you purchase a two-or more-day lift ticket, you get a FREE Friday ticket. 

Lift tickets valid for skiing all 4 mountains including Aspen, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass. Plus, you can enjoy all of the incredible Après-Ski parties and pub crawls throughout the weekend, take advantage of discounts on mountain coaster & tubing hill rides, ski equipment, and lessons.

IMPORTANT WAITLIST MESSAGE: Your group has maxed out the units pre-reserved for their room block. We are accepting all new signups on a waitlist basis as 9/27/26.  

To be considered for the trip waitlist, you must register and submit payment. Although you are on the waitlist, you will still be able to join the trip. We will do everything possible to accommodate you with your group, but we may not have final confirmation until the end of October. We will contact you as soon as we have an update.

By registering and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the trip waitlist terms. If we are unable to secure lodging that meets your needs, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, less a one-time $25 processing fee per person.

REGISTRANT AND GUEST INFORMATION:

Starting with yourself as the first trip attendee, use the section below to provide each person's name, gender, and age you are signing up as part of this registration.  Add each person's email address if you would like your guests to receive a copy of the final documents (instead of having to forward your copy to them.  Select CLICK to ADD ADDITIONAL ATTENDEES button to add all guest names.

NOTE:  Everyone attending must be listed as a registrant/attendee, including kids under 6 who stay free in the same bedroom as their parents.  

SIGN UP TYPE:

• SHARED ROOM - You are paying for yourself only, and you intend to share a room in the group condo with others from your group who will register separately.   
• OWN ROOM - You are paying for yourself to have your own room or yourself and someone else listed as a guest to share the same room in either a hotel room or shared room in a shared group condo.
• OWN CONDO - You are paying for an entire condo based on the maximum number of people specified for the condo size. 

NOTE:  If you select a shared room or own room in a shared condo, it is expected that others in your party will be registering separately to fill all pillow spots in the condo based on the condo size. (ie:  4 pillows required for a 2-bedroom condo & 6 pillows required for a 3-bedroom condo).  If, at the end of the registration process, there are not enough people registered to fill the pillows in a condo, you may be asked to change to a different condo type, pay extra to fill empty pillows in unit chosen, split the cost of the open pillow with others in the condo, or cancel subject to current penalties or fees.  Rooms are assigned by the Group Leader based on the order of signup, and matching up singles sharing a room with a person of the same sex.

LODGING INFORMATION:

Top Of The Village is a high-end, slopeside condominium complex located at 855 Carriage Way, at the top of Snowmass Village, known for its excellent ski-in/ski-out location, spacious condos, and mountain views. It is surrounded by forest and mountains, giving it a relatively quiet, secluded feel while still being close to the village.  It has true ski-in/ski-out access - you can ski directly from the property onto Snowmass Mountain, rather than walking or taking a shuttle to the lifts.  

Resort amenities include: a complimentary on-demand shuttle around Snowmass Village (useful for restaurants, shopping, Base Village, and the Snowmass Mall), a heated outdoor pool and hot tubs, a fitness center, covered parking for 1 vehicle/condo, outdoor grills, and concierge services.

Condos have full kitchens, fireplaces and a patio/balcony, free wifi and ski storage.  

ROOM/UNIT TYPE NOTES:

• Lodging prices include all taxes, resort & cleaning fees
• Prices are based on 2 people per bedroom (unless otherwise indicated)
• Extra-person charges will apply if you want more than 2 people per bedroom (if permitted)
• Parking will be on or near the property - subject to availability, and parking fees paid to property
• Specific property, rooms/units, and bedding are not guaranteed
• If sharing a room, ensure you list roommate's name, desired bedding in Roommate section
• Everyone in the unit must be registered & paid for - no exceptions
• Even though you will get confirmation of payment, all lodging is subject to availability

LIFT TICKET NOTES:

If you are staying with us, we provide multi-day passes that cover all 4 Aspen Snowmass mountains during the duration of your stay at a substantial discount.  Plus, if you purchase 2 or more days, you'll get Friday for free - if you pick up the ticket before noon on Friday.  Just a note for anyone using IKON Pass.  The IKON (Full) Pass provides 7 combined days at Aspen/Snowmass mountains (Aspen Mountain, Snowmass, Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk) with no blackout dates, the IKON Base Pass only provides 5 days at Snowmass Mountain only.

• Everyone attending must either be a registrant or a guest of a registrant.  
• Non-registered people found in lodging - everyone involved can be asked to leave w/no refunds
• Additional lift tickets can be purchased by email at higher prices anytime up until Nov 6th
• Lift tickets valid at Aspen/Snowmass resorts are subject to weather
• No lift tickets will be sold on-site during the trip - they must be purchased before the trip
• Lift tickets can only be used during the dates of your stay
• Multi-day lift passes must be used on consecutive days 
• Friday FREE day lift passes must be picked up no later than noon on Friday
• Lift tickets canceled before Nov 13th - no penalty, after Nov 13th - subject to $25 per ticket fee
• Totally unused and unscanned lift passes are refundable less a $25 fee per pass
• Unused days on lift passes are only refundable with a ski patrol accident report filed
• Additional nights/lift tickets will be canceled if not paid by Nov 13th - subject to fees 
• Full payment and all guest names are required before Final Documents can be processed
• Credit Card charges appear on statements as TRAVEL ORGANIZERS or TRAVEL LEADERS
• Cancellations can only be done by email to info@travelorganizers.com
• Cancellations before Oct 30th will receive refunds less $35 per person one-time fee
• Cancellations after Oct 30th are fully NON-REFUNDABLE (unless you find a replacement)
• Groups must fill all bedding (pillow) slots in a unit or pay for the unfilled spot
• Please be respectful of others on the trip
