Pressing your 5-digit access code opens the gate, it will be assigned by the gate programmer, who will notify you when your new code is active. The directory code for your name (which will be assigned by the gate programmer) rings your phone, press 9 to open the gate.

You must answer the call and then press '9' to allow access.
