There is a $10 Deposit for each Pin. Once you donate your finished art piece back to us, we will Refund your $10 Deposit.

(We have to do this, so if anyone does not return their pin, we will not be out of pocket)

There are No Rules as to how you design your pin. You may glue/nail/screw objects, or carve things onto your pin. There are no limits. As long as it is appropriate for the public to view. GALA has the right to reject any art piece that is inappropriate.

We will be displaying your pins two weeks prior to the main event at the HUB (bowling alley). This will allow the public to be able to admire your art pieces and participate in the silent auction. These bowling pin artworks will be auctioned off.

There are 12 ribbon art categories the Judges will award. Award ribbons will be announced at the main event and placed next to their pins.

These 12 Ribbon Categories are:

Nature, Most Original, Funniest, Scariest, Pet Inspired, Animals, Realism, Pop Art, Expressionism, Abstract, Historical, Sports.

***Also, each Registered person will receive a Coupon of a few Perks.

Important Dates and Times:

Deadline to Register: Sunday, September 6

Pickup: your bowling pin Starting July 31 at the GALA Art Center, 52 Murdock Ave, Winchendon. Once you register we will call you to make arrangements for you to come and pick up your pin.

Drop-Off: Sunday, September 13, 2 - 4pm at the GALA Art Center, 52 Murdock Ave.

Main Event, Open Reception: Thursday, October 8, 6:30pm - 9:30pm

To pay with your credit/debit card, scroll down to the bottom of the page to where you see "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". You do not need to log into or create a PayPal account.

Be sure to print a copy of your form before you submit to retain for your reference since you will not be able to return to the form once it is submitted. Please preview your print & adjust the % size to ensure you will not "cut off" any part of the form before printing (generally, reducing the size down to 80% will work).
