shop terms & conditions:

• a packing fee of PHP20 will be collected.
• please order only if you are willing to wait! 
• this is under pre-order, production time may take up to 5 weeks.

• if you sent a downpayment that is less than 50% of your total, your order will be forfeited.

• you will receive an automated email confirmation after submitting this form.
  • also linked there is the payment form you need to accomplish after paying for the remaining balance.
  • if you already paid in full upon accomplishing this order form, you do NOT need to submit a payment form.
• shipping fees will be collected a few weeks before shipout. i will send a separate email for this. 
  • i will only hold your items for 45 days after the last shipout date, failure to submit the shipment form within the time frame means i can put your items up for claims.
