Emergency Veterinary Treatment

I authorise veterinary treatment to be sought for my dog in the event of an emergency. I understand every effort will be made to contact me first and that any veterinary costs are my responsibility.
Coat Condition & Matting Policy

I understand that a knotted coat may require clipping short for my dog's comfort and that a knot fee will be added to compensate for the time it takes to remove knots carefully without causing skin trauma. The fee varies depending on the severity.
