  • Vendor Type*
  • Vendor Fee Policy

Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance. Vendors are selected based on category balance, product quality, professionalism, permits, booth presentation, available space, and event needs.

Because space is limited, Glendale Eats generally allows only one vendor per category at each event. This helps reduce direct competition and provide a stronger opportunity for each approved vendor.

A Nonrefundable Deposit is required no later than 10 days before each approved event date. The deposit reserves the vendor’s space for that date and is applied toward the final vendor fee.

Food and merchandise vendors will pay a final vendor fee equal to 15% of their individual gross sales. The deposit serves as the minimum vendor fee.

Each vendor must submit an accurate sales report at the end of the event. If 15% of gross sales exceeds the deposit already paid, the remaining balance is due at the end of the event.

Glendale Eats Early Bird Vendor Special
Celebrate the Glendale Eats Street Market relaunch with our limited Early Bird Vendor Special!

Approved vendors who reserve and pay for one assigned Glendale Eats Street Market date will receive one additional assigned market date with the base participation fee waived.

How the Early Bird Special Work

The first eligible market date is Friday, September 25, 2026.

Vendors may select multiple preferred market dates—or all available dates—on the application.

Selecting a date does not automatically confirm or reserve that date.

The Glendale Eats team will review the vendor’s selected dates and assign the approved paid date.

The complimentary date will be the next available date selected by the vendor and assigned by the Glendale Eats team.

Vendors cannot independently choose or change their paid or complimentary dates after the dates have been assigned.

Both dates are subject to availability, vendor-category limits, event capacity and final approval.

If the vendor’s next selected date is unavailable, the Glendale Eats team may assign another approved date from the vendor’s selections.

Vendors must attend their assigned paid date before using their assigned complimentary date unless otherwise approved by the Glendale Eats team.

The complimentary date cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or used by another business.

Vendors who fail to attend their confirmed paid date may lose their complimentary date.

All vendors must complete the application, meet event requirements and receive final approval.

    Participation Fees and Sales Reporting

The complimentary date waives the vendor’s base participation fee only.

The required 15% sales contribution and end-of-event sales report apply to both the assigned paid date and the assigned complimentary date.

    Limited-Time Offer
A limited number of Early Bird packages are available and will be awarded on a first-approved, first-paid basis.

Submitting an application does not automatically secure the Early Bird Special or guarantee approval for September 25, 2026, or any other selected market date.

Approved vendors must submit their required participation payment within 72 hours of receiving their Early Bird Buy One, Get One Free acceptance letter.

Failure to pay within the required time may result in the Early Bird opportunity being released to another approved vendor.

The Early Bird Special ends August 15, 2026, or when all available Early Bird packages have been claimed—whichever comes first.
