Speaker Agreement & Release
1. Speakers Release for a live presentation demonstration event for “Adrien Blackwell’s Making Miracles Happen” Masterclass. This agreement is between Adrien Blackwell LLC and the company’s representatives and the speaker who will appear in “Adrien Blackwell’s Making Miracles Happen” masterclass video interview. Speaker will be referred to as “Speaker,” and the company and representatives will be referred to as “AB.”
2. AB desires to electronically record the Speaker’s presentation. Speaker understands that for educational, promotional, and commercial applications, AB will make the Speaker’s presentation video recording available at no charge for attendees of this virtual event. Attendees may attend the live session and access
replays at no cost.
3. Speaker hereby grants to AB and all representatives, producers, and editors the right to use his or her name, voice, appearance, likeness, image, words, participation, and title or professional designation, in whole or in part, in these recordings and or compilations, and in any correspondence, publicity, advertising, promotional, or other derivative materials based on them. AB has no obligation to make use of the rights granted herein.
4. Speaker hereby grants AB the unconditional and irrevocable right to reproduce the recording in any format, and to distribute, sell, prepare, advertise, and publicize the recordings without compensation to the Speaker. Each event costs between $2,500 and $5,500 to produce, and recordings are generally used to recoup costs by selling Extended Access after the free period ends.
5. Podcast Release
Speaker understands and agrees that Adrien Blackwell LLC may extract the audio from the Speaker's video presentation and publish it, in whole or in part, as an episode of the Making Miracles Happen Masterclass Podcast. Speaker grants Adrien Blackwell LLC the perpetual, worldwide right to edit, reproduce, distribute, promote, and monetize the audio recording in any current or future audio format without additional compensation. AB may add podcast introductions, outros, advertisements, sponsorships, or promotional messages at its sole discretion.
7. AB may edit the recording at its discretion. At this time, AB edits recordings only for opt in videos to add introductions and outros. No major content edits are made.
8. AB shall own the worldwide rights, title, and interest, including copyright, in and to the Speaker’s recording. Speaker shall also retain the right to use his or her own recording for any purpose, including selling and editing, without
compensation to AB or the Making Miracles Happen Series.
9. After the event has completed, including the live and replay period, which is approximately 10 days, Speaker, upon written request via email only to emiracleshappen@gmail.com or ask@makingmiracleshappenseries.com shall be provided with a copy of his or her recording in electronic format. Speaker is asked to email once the event has concluded. Please do so within (60) days as the recordings may be deleted after.
10. Speaker understands that AB will be promoting all interviews to its entire database and may run replays and repeat promotions. Speaker agrees to promote the live presentation event with two email blasts to their full email list, one post on all active social media accounts, and one newsletter blurb if applicable, between November 22, 2026 and everyone sends an email on the morning of December 1, 2026, the day the event begins, which typically generates the most registrations and engaged viewers. Optional promotion includes emailing on the day the Speaker presents and during the replay period. Failure to promote the event as agreed will result in removal from the event, out of fairness to the other speakers who fulfilled their promotional commitments. Any changes must be agreed upon in writing via email. This event is designed to be fair for all speakers. AB’s intention is to promote Speakers and support audience growth. Promotion is an
important part of participation.
11. Speaker agrees to use the personalized promotional link supplied by AB for all promotions related to the live event and replay.
12. Speaker represents that he or she has the full right, power, and authority to grant this interview and to perform all provisions contained in this agreement.
13. Speaker agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AB and all companies listed below from and against all claims, losses, expenses, and liabilities of every kind, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of any inaccuracy or breach of this agreement. Speaker expressly releases AB from any and all claims arising from the use of the material.
14. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and may be amended only in writing. Please indicate your understanding and agreement with the terms of
this agreement by signing in the space provided below.
