Cancellations made between June 9, 2026 and August 1, 2026 will incur a $1,250 fee. Cancellations made between August 2, 2026 and February 20, 2027 will incur a $2,000 fee. Cancellations made between February 21, 2027 and August 1, 2027 will incur a $2,500 fee.Cancellations made after August 2, 2027 are non‑refundable.
A double occupancy reservation requires a $300 deposit per guest. If you're paying for yourself only, please ensure your roommate submits her/his own form. Reservations will be confirmed once both deposits are received.
