The 9-day, 8-night VIP experience is yours for just $3,800.00 (pp, double occupancy). Add $1100.00 for a single supplement.

If you also book the MGM Grand Eclipse trip by August 30, 2026, and pay the deposit, we will book and pay for the Porto-Malaga flight and your Casablanca-Lisbon flight

MGM Grand Eclipse tour

The 8-day, 7-night VIP experience is yours for just $3,900.00 (pp, double occupancy). Add $1100.00 for a single supplement.

Early bird BONUS
Book by August 30, 2026, pay the deposit, and save $300 per person

The $300 early-bird registration discount for the MGM Eclipse tour will be applied to the final invoice.

*Pricing is based on the dollar vs. the Pound. Should the dollar fluctuation increase by more than 10% from July 1, 2026, a surcharge may apply

• 2nd Deposit $1,000.00, 10 Nov 2026, ($1000 per tour per person)
•  All payments become non-refundable on 11/10/2026
• Final Payment balance due 10 Mar 2027. We will invoice you.
• A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card payments.
• Nonrefundable as of 10 Nov 2026.

Travel Insurance

TREE requires you to purchase Travel Insurance (Different from flight insurance offered by the airlines) before starting your tour in Portugal. It is usually best to purchase travel insurance before any deposits become non-refundable. This reimburses you for any loss you might incur during your trip, for the cancellation of a service due to reasons beyond our control, and for medical emergencies, accidents, or evacuations before or after the trip.
Two companies we recommend are Travel Guard and Allianz. Allianz has an affordable annual policy that covers ALL of your travel for one year.

Who we are

TREE Institute International is a volunteer-operated, non-profit, charitable organization (501(c)(3)) that organizes and showcases adventure, cultural, educational, and conference trips to places where TREE conducts its mission work, including Cuba, Colombia, and Argentina. TREE has been taking group trips to Cuba for over 20 years. The TREE Institute holds an OFAC license issued by the US Treasury Department, allowing the organization to legally offer and oversee trips to Cuba. Upcoming trips are licensed and fully compliant with the new OFAC Regulations and meet all current travel requirements.

What we do

The funds from our trips support projects in countries that US foundations do not fund. TREE is currently working with the Medellin Botanical Garden and the University of Antioquia in Medellin, Colombia, to study, propagate and create educational exhibits on the new plant species discovered in the Andes region. There is also medicinal research in Bogotá by Colombian scientists on Burgmansia, or Angel's Trumpet. The species Brugmansia arborea, golden angel's tangel's (B. aurea), B. insignis, red angel's tangel's (B. sanguinea), B. versicolor, and B. vulcanicola were distributed across the Andes region of South America, ranging from Colombia to northern Chile.
