Payment Policies

Deposits and Withdrawals

A non-refundable registration deposit equal to one month's tuition is due at the time of registration. This deposit will be applied to the athlete's final month of membership.

• Monthly tuition is due on the 1st day of each month.
• A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required to withdraw from the program.
• To have the registration deposit applied to the athlete's final month of lessons, written notice must be received on or before the 1st day of that month.
• If notice is provided after the 1st of the month, that month's tuition remains payable, and the registration deposit will be applied to the following month's tuition. The athlete may continue attending classes during the 30-day notice period.
• If the current month's tuition has not been paid at the time notice is given, lessons will cease immediately, and the registration deposit will be applied to the outstanding tuition owed.

Examples:

Notice given March 1: March is the athlete's final month. The registration deposit is applied to March, and no additional March tuition is owed.
Notice given March 15: March tuition must be paid (or already have been paid). The athlete may continue lessons until April 15, and the registration deposit will be applied to April's tuition.
Notice given March 15, but March tuition has not been paid: Lessons will end immediately, and the registration deposit will be applied to the outstanding March tuition.

 

Late Payments: Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. If payment has not been received by the 10th, a reminder will be sent. Continued late payments may result in a $25 late fee and/or suspension of classes until the account is brought current. Families experiencing financial difficulties are encouraged to contact us to discuss payment arrangements.

Option 1 – Monthly Payments

• $350 non-refundable registration deposit due at registration (applied to the athlete's final month of membership).
• Monthly tuition is due on the 1st of each month, September through May.

Option 2 – Semi-Annual Payments

• $350 non-refundable registration deposit due at registration (applied to the athlete's final month of membership).
• Tuition for September through December (4 months) is due on September 1.
• Tuition for January through May (5 months) is due on January 1.

Option 3 – Annual Payment

• $350 non-refundable registration deposit due at registration (applied to the athlete's final month of membership).
• Tuition for the remaining September through May season is due in one payment on September 1.

To secure your athlete's spot in the program, the $350 non-refundable registration deposit must be received prior to participation in the Placement Session on August 30.

Please include the athlete's name in the e-transfer message to ensure your payment is applied correctly.

Welcome to Elevate Academy!

We are so excited to welcome you to the Elevate Academy family and look forward to everything we will accomplish together this season. We can't wait to see our athletes grow, challenge themselves, support one another, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Before the season officially begins, we will send additional information regarding media releases, volunteer requirements, club jackets, and other important details. Those items will be shared in September, so there is nothing further you need to do at this time.

For now, enjoy the rest of your summer, and we look forward to seeing everyone at our Placement Session on August 30 as we kick off an exciting 2026/27 season together!
