    TENNIS REGISTRATION

  • Welcome to the 6th Annual LTR Tournament. We are glad you have decided to join us for this worthwhile event and look forward to a fun weekend while we raise money to support the Outer Banks Dementia Friendly Coalition.

    You are registering to play in the Tennis Section of the tournament. Each of your playing partners must register and pay separately. Early bird registration fee is $75 and increases to $80 on September 16th.

    Tennis play begins Friday, October 23rd with Mixed Doubles, Saturday with Men's and Ladies' Doubles and concludes with FINALS for Mixed, Men's and Ladies' Doubles on Sunday, October 25th.  Play is located at Duck Woods Country Club but may be relocated due to inclement weather.  

    The Registration Fee includes a Complimentary Entry to the Players' Party on Friday evening, October 23rd at 6:00 p.m. at Duck Woods.  You will be prompted to RSVP for dinner attendance, as well as have the option to bring a guest(s) for an additional fee.

    Payment options this year will include Zelle (preferred), VENMO or Credit Card.

  • In order to facilitate check in, please provide the name(s) of your guests so we may have name tags prepared.

  • One of the many things Outer Banks Dementia Friendly Coalition provides is respite care to those who need some time to rejuvenate and refresh from their caregiver role.  Being a caregiver to a loved one is a blessing but caregivers also need nurturing.  The funds from our previous tournaments have provided the OBXDFC the ability to offer Day Out Programs which not only offers caregivers a much needed break, but also provides engagement for those who are dealing with dementia.
