Moderator PermissionsModerators may only use their permissions for legitimate moderation purposes.Never:* Abuse moderation tools.* Delete messages without a valid reason.* Timeout, mute, or remove users as a joke.* Threaten users with moderation actions.* Use moderator status to win arguments.⸻4. ConfidentialityModerators must keep private information confidential.Do not share:* Internal staff discussions.* Moderator decisions before they are announced.* Private reports.* User information.* Staff-only resources or documents.⸻5. Community ExpectationsHelp create a welcoming environment by:* Greeting new members.* Answering questions when possible.* Encouraging respectful discussions.* Redirecting conversations that become disruptive.* Reporting serious issues to senior staff.⸻6. Removal from the Moderator TeamA moderator may be removed for reasons including, but not limited to:* Abuse of moderator permissions.* Repeated inactivity without notice.* Harassment or discrimination.* Sharing confidential information.* Dishonesty.* Ignoring staff instructions.* Repeated poor judgment.* Violating Rustic Farms policies.* Any behavior that damages the reputation of Rustic Farms.
