Event Inquiry Form

Thank you for considering Femme on the Rocks for your special event! Please review the following policies before submitting your inquiry form. Femme on the Rocks is a dry-hire mobile bar service. Clients are responsible for purchasing and providing all alcoholic beverages for their event. We are happy to provide a customized alcohol shopping list based on your guest count and selected menu. A minimum of two (2) consecutive service hours is required for all bookings. Bookings must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to your event date and are subject to availability. Submission of this inquiry form does not guarantee your reservation. Event dates are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. After your consultation and confirmation that your event date is available, a $150 non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your reservation. Your event date is not considered booked until the retainer fee has been received and any required service agreements have been signed. The remaining balance is due no later than fourteen (14) days before your event date. Clients are welcome to pay their remaining balance at any time prior to the due date, including paying the full balance at the time of booking if preferred. Bookings made within fourteen (14) days of the event date may require payment in full at the time of booking, subject to availability.Full payment must be received before services are rendered. No services will be provided for unpaid balances. Events with more than 75 guests are not limited to but are suggested to add an additional bartender to ensure efficient and timely service. Additional staffing fees will apply. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their venue permits alcohol service and for complying with any venue-specific requirements, permits, or restrictions. Travel fees may apply for events outside of our standard service area. Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and accessible space for setup and service during the event.
