    Before You Begin

    The Finspire Venture Building Program an SNB Group × DTV partnership backs scale-ready fintech founders building the financial infrastructure and intelligent products that power Saudi Arabia's next generation of finance.

    To be eligible, applicants must:

    ✓Have a working MVP or validated architecture at Pre-seed stage or higher.
    ✓Own, or hold the legal right to commercialize, the core intellectual property behind the venture, with a technical lead who can build it in-house.
    ✓Commit a minimum of 12 months to operating and scaling within Saudi Arabia, including relocation to Dhahran.

    Applications are evaluated on technical maturity, team strength, defensibility, and direct alignment with Saudi National Bank's enterprise banking operations.

    By submitting this application, I confirm that:

    ✓The information provided is accurate and complete.
    ✓I understand the program's support is an investment combining cash and in-kind services, provided in exchange for equity, capped at a maximum of 5% via a SAFE. If selected, I will sign an engagement agreement defining the scope of support and equity terms.
    ✓Participants must actively engage in all required sessions, workshops, reviews, and deliverables across the 12-week delivery program (plus the one-week bootcamp).
    ✓All financial resources must be used strictly for approved business and technical development purposes.
    ✓Any IP developed during the program will be subject to the relevant DTVC / KFUPM IP policies.
    ✓Participants must maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary materials, strategies, and information shared during the program. Breach of confidentiality will lead to immediate dismissal and may result in legal action.
    ✓Finspire (DTV Ventures) reserves the right to remove any participant or team that fails to meet program requirements, violates the stated terms, or exhibits unethical behavior.
    ✓Participants consent to the use of their name, project title, photos, and video materials for marketing and promotional purposes by KFUPM, DTV Ventures, and affiliated entities.

    Code of Conduct

    All participants are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and integrity during their time in the program, in compliance with KFUPM and DTVC policies. Violations of the code of conduct may result in disciplinary action, including termination from the program.

    The code of conduct includes, but is not limited to:

    ✓Treating all mentors, peers, organizers, and partners with respect. Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
    ✓Committing to honesty in all communications and dealings, including accurate reporting of project progress and financial usage.
    ✓Working in a positive and respectful manner. Participants must not share any private or sensitive information without permission and should help create a trusted environment for everyone.
    ✓Adhering to all DTVC policies, applicable laws, and any additional program-specific guidelines provided during the course of the program.
