Clone of Newberry's 3rd Annual Fabulous 50's Festival

When: Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 4 pm – 8 pm

Where: Downtown Newberry, Berry Park, Mentholee Norfleet Municipal Building, and along Seaboard Drive (Larry Keane Drive) Just off of Newberry Road / S.R. 26

Setup: Set-up times will begin at 1 PM and may vary depending on your placement. As the event approaches (1 week ahead), you will be provided additional information for check-in, parking and other logistics.

Vending: Start 4pm – End 8:00pm TEAR DOWN: After 8:00PM. Early tear down is not allowed. Any vendor who violates this policy may not be accepted in future years.

Fees: $ 45 – Regular Space (Arts, Craft, Services, Apparel, Carnival Vendors etc)

$85 - Food Vendors (All Food/Beverage Vendors must have a valid license from the Florida Department of Hotels and Restaurants or the Florida Department of Agriculture at time of application. Further, you must also have your City of Newberry Local Busines Tax Permit in order to participate)

Important: Fees are not due until after you receive notice from the organization that you have been approved. Once approved, you will immediately received a notice from Jotform requesting payment. Notices will be sent to the email address used to complete this application. Once you receive the notice of approval and request for payment, please process within 3 days to keep your reserved spot!
