Recovery 2.0 Retreats are more than a vacation. They are an immersive recovery experience built on trust, integrity, and community. Before submitting your application, please read the statements below carefully.
By checking the box at the bottom of this page, you confirm that you can honestly agree to each of the following.
- I am currently sober/abstinent and able to fully participate in the retreat experience.
- I understand that I must be free from nicotine for at least 14 days before the retreat.
- I understand that Recovery 2.0 retreats are abstinence-based, and I agree to remain free from alcohol, recreational drugs, and the misuse of prescription medications throughout the retreat.
- I am willing to look at any blocks that arise for me with honesty, openness, and curiosity.
- I am ready to show up for myself in ways I may never have before.
- I am willing to learn how to truly relax, be fully present, and participate wholeheartedly in the retreat experience.
- I will respect the privacy of others by honoring the confidentiality of what is shared during the retreat.
- I will treat fellow participants, volunteers, staff, and teachers with kindness, respect, and consideration.
- I will honor the personal boundaries of others and contribute to creating a physically, emotionally, and spiritually safe environment.
- I understand that meaningful friendships and connections may develop during the retreat. I agree to honor the healing container by keeping my focus on recovery and personal growth rather than pursuing romantic or sexual relationships during the retreat.
- I understand that designated Retreat Safety Contacts will be available throughout the retreat if I have a concern, experience an uncomfortable interaction, or simply need support.
- I am excited to make this investment in my recovery and to contribute to a community built on integrity, respect, and service.
