26-27 Creative Coach Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Creative Coach with the B.WELL Foundation!

This application will help us learn more about the 12-week paid mentorship program you'd like to lead.

Creative Coaches connects students across Des Moines Public Schools with local artists, creatives, entrepreneurs, and professionals through engaging, hands-on after-school programming that builds creativity, confidence, critical thinking, and meaningful mentoring relationships.

Selected applicants will be invited to interview and complete a required B.WELL Foundation orientation before programming begins. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
