Before You Request an Embroidery Quote
Please take a moment to review the information below before submitting your embroidery quote request.
Minimum Order Quantities
Our minimum order is 12 pieces per embroidery application, ordered in even-numbered quantities.
Because hats, beanies, and flat garments (such as polos, jackets, and t-shirts) often require different digitizing and machine settings, each application is quoted separately.
Examples:
12 hats ✔️
12 hats + 12 polos ✔️ (quoted as two separate styles)
6 hats + 6 polos ✘ (does not meet the minimum)
13 hats ✘ (must be ordered in even quantities)
Pricing
Embroidery pricing is based on several factors, including:
- Total quantity of items
- Garment type (hat, polo, jacket, bag, etc.)
- Number of embroidery locations
- Stitch count (design complexity)
- Number of thread colors
Because every logo is different, we'll provide a custom quote based on your artwork and selected apparel.
Digitizing Fee
Before your logo can be embroidered, it must be converted into a stitch file that tells our embroidery machines how to sew your design.
This is called digitizing and requires a one-time setup fee for each new design.
Once your design has been digitized, there is no digitizing charge on future reorders unless the artwork changes.
Sew-Outs: Sample stitch-outs are available upon request for an additional fee, allowing you to review your embroidered design before production begins.
