Payment Policy
• A non-refundable deposit is required before any work begins.
• Projects under $100 require full payment upfront.
• Remaining balances must be paid before final files or products are delivered.

Turnaround Time
Turnaround times begin after all required information, files, and payment have been received.

Rush orders may require an additional fee.

Revisions
All branding packages include up to 2 complimentary revisions.

Additional revisions may result in an extra design fee.

Client Responsibility
Please review all proofs carefully before approving them.

Branded by Keyta is not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information, or design changes requested after final approval.

Printing
Unless printing services are purchased through Branded by Keyta, we are not responsible for print quality from third-party printers.

Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, deposits and completed design work are non-refundable.

Portfolio Permission
Branded by Keyta may use completed work in our portfolio and on social media unless otherwise requested in writing.
